The experience comes first — the technology stays out of sight
Guests judge comfort, not control systems. We build the automation that makes a whole site feel effortless, one guest, one room, one visit at a time.
A guest doesn’t see the heat pump, the access control or the load balancing running behind the scenes — they see a room that’s exactly the right temperature and a door that just opens. Multiply that by a whole park or campus, and the experience only holds together if every one of those small moments works, invisibly, every time. That’s what we build: control at guest scale, backed by systems reliable enough that nobody ever notices them.
The best hospitality technology is the technology no guest ever sees.
The Boolean way
We put a controller in every unit — room, house or suite — so comfort, energy and access can be managed individually instead of forced into one site-wide setting. Those individual controllers report into a single site-wide layer, so a facility team sees and manages everything from one place, and the guest experience stays just as consistent whether the site has ten units or three hundred.

Per-unit comfort
Comfort, per house, at holiday-park scale
At Kon-Tiki, an all-electric holiday park of 300 homes, every house has its own controller for heating, hot water and metering — so each guest’s comfort is managed individually, not averaged across the park. Zoom out, and those 300 controllers become one district-wide balance: energy shared fairly across every home, without a guest ever having to think about it.
Seamless arrival
An arrival that just works
For ASL Group’s private aviation terminal, climate and secured access run through the same platform, tied to how the terminal is actually used. A guest walks in and the door opens, the room is already at temperature — every technical decision behind that moment already made, invisibly, before they arrived.

One point of control
One dashboard, not five separate systems
Guest-facing simplicity only works if the team behind it isn’t juggling five separate systems. We bring access control, planning software and energy management into one integration layer, so staff manage the whole site from a single point — and can focus on the guest, not the infrastructure.
Built to scale
Scales from one room to a whole site
Whether it’s a single hotel, a holiday park of hundreds of homes, or a mixed-use campus, the architecture doesn’t change — only the number of units does. New rooms or houses join the same control layer without a rebuild, so growing the site never means growing the technical team at the same pace.
